Marketing Secrets Ai: The 3-Step Framework for Building Recurring Revenue with AI

This is the step-by-step process taught in the AI Secrets Challenge for building a recurring-revenue business using AI — even if you have no technical background and are starting from scratch.

Step 1 – Extract your secrets

Your secrets are the repeatable map you have discovered for getting a specific result — making money, losing weight, fixing a relationship, trading stocks, or any other outcome. You might call them a framework, methodology, blueprint, playbook, or protocol. The first step is pulling that map out of your head and into a format AI can work with.

If you do not yet have a clear framework, the Story and Secret Extraction coaching sessions inside the program walk you through the process with software-assisted guided questions — even if you have never written your ideas down before.

Step 2 – Turn your secrets into software

Once you have your framework documented, you turn it into software that helps people implement it. This does not require any coding experience. Day 4 of the challenge covers three paths anyone can use: Claude Code, Lovable, and Overskill (included in beta inside Marketing Secrets AI). Russell himself built a working habit-tracker app in roughly an hour using only voice input.

Simple software wins. A daily habit tracker that gets users to log in once a day and complete one step of your framework can dramatically reduce churn. It does not need to be complex — it needs to be engaging and tied to your methodology.

Step 3 – Sell it with the Dream 100 affiliate model

Rather than paying for ads upfront, you identify influencers, podcasters, and list owners who already have your ideal customers' attention — your Dream 100 — and offer them a revenue share when they bring you customers. You do not pay anything until a sale happens. This is how the AI Secrets Challenge attracted 23,000 registrants without Russell running paid ads or posting much social content.

Can I really build software without being a developer?

Yes. The challenge is designed for non-technical people. Russell built a working app in about an hour using voice input alone. Day 4 covers all three vibe-coding paths in detail so you can ship working software regardless of your technical background.

What if I don't have a framework yet?

Start by completing the Attractive Character sprint from Day 1 homework, then use the 'Tell a Story' feature inside Marketing Secrets AI to begin surfacing your experiences and insights. The facilitated coaching sessions in the AI-Powered Product Launch program are specifically designed to extract your framework even if you have never articulated it before.
