What is The Syndicate?
The Syndicate is a 12-month program that includes a 3-day in-person retreat with Todd and Russell, executive assistant setup with dedicated computer hardware, ongoing implementation support, and quarterly visionary meetings. It's designed for business owners who want to install AI-assisted workflows across their team with hands-on support from Prime Mover.
What did I pay for with the $2,500 deposit?
The $2,500 deposit secures your seat and is applied toward the total $150,000 program fee. Prime Mover reserves your seats, procures and configures your hardware, and commits personnel and venue resources based on your enrollment.
When and where is the retreat?
The retreat is currently scheduled for December 2-4, 2026, at a location to be announced. Prime Mover will notify you of the final dates and venue at least 30 days before the retreat.
Who from my team can attend?
Your enrollment includes 5 seats: one for your Designated Visionary (the owner or principal executive) and up to 4 for Team Leads (employees or contractors who hold leadership responsibility for a department or function). All attendees must be at least 18.
You can substitute an attendee with another employee or contractor of your business by giving Prime Mover written notice at least 10 days before the retreat.
Is travel and lodging included?
No. Travel, lodging, ground transportation, meals not provided at the venue, and incidental expenses are your responsibility.

Are the AI tool subscriptions included?
No. You're responsible for all subscription, license, usage, API, and token fees charged by providers of the AI tools installed on your hardware. Prime Mover chooses which tools to install and can change that selection.
Can I get a refund?
The program terms state that all payments are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you attend the retreat, use the ongoing support, or continue to want the program.
What happens next after my deposit?
Your seat is locked in. The Prime Mover team is putting together everything you'll need for the retreat and program. Watch your inbox — they'll be reaching out shortly with the next steps.
