1. What are the dates and location of the Mastermind in Paradise 2025 event?
The event will take place from June 8 to June 14, 2025, at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

4. Can I bring my children to the event?
We completely understand that many of our attendees are parents, and we respect the need to balance family and business. While Mastermind in Paradise is a business-focused mastermind designed for adults, we have always taken a flexible approach when it comes to children.
If you choose to bring your children, please be aware of the following:
There will be no childcare services provided at the event. The event staff and organizers are not responsible for supervising children at any time.
The sessions are designed for business and personal growth—there will be no kid-friendly programming or activities.
If a child is present in the room, they must not be a distraction to the speakers or attendees. If noise or disruptions occur, we ask that parents step out as needed to maintain the event’s focus.
We encourage all attendees to consider whether bringing children aligns with their ability to be fully present, engaged, and respectful of the mastermind experience.
5. How do I register for the event?
To register: Submit your room request through the designated room block. You will receive a confirmation invoice for approval within 24-48 hours of submission. Full payment is due upon confirmation to secure your room.

The available room categories and rates are:

Bedding requests are not guaranteed but efforts will be made to honor each request.
8. Is travel insurance available?
Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended and is offered to U.S. residents through our partners at Allianz. Insurance must be purchased within a week of the initial deposit to receive pre-existing condition coverage. Guests who decline insurance will be responsible for any fees arising from cancellation, interruption, or delay.
9. How do I reserve my room?
To reserve your room:

An itinerary approval will be sent within 24-48 hours of submission and must be approved to complete your booking.

10. Are passports required for this event?
