1. What are the dates and location of the Mastermind in Paradise 2025 event?

The event will take place from June 8 to June 14, 2025, at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

2. What is included in the event package?

The package includes:

Access to all private Mastermind in Paradise events at Hotel Xcaret Mexico
All-inclusive resort stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico
Round-trip transportation to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN) upon arrival and departure
Travel itinerary and tips leading up to departure

Please note: Airfare is NOT included and should be booked independently.

4. Can I bring my children to the event?

We completely understand that many of our attendees are parents, and we respect the need to balance family and business. While Mastermind in Paradise is a business-focused mastermind designed for adults, we have always taken a flexible approach when it comes to children.

If you choose to bring your children, please be aware of the following:

There will be no childcare services provided at the event. The event staff and organizers are not responsible for supervising children at any time.
The sessions are designed for business and personal growth—there will be no kid-friendly programming or activities.
If a child is present in the room, they must not be a distraction to the speakers or attendees. If noise or disruptions occur, we ask that parents step out as needed to maintain the event’s focus.

We encourage all attendees to consider whether bringing children aligns with their ability to be fully present, engaged, and respectful of the mastermind experience.

5. How do I register for the event?

To register: Submit your room request through the designated room block. You will receive a confirmation invoice for approval within 24-48 hours of submission. Full payment is due upon confirmation to secure your room.

Please note: Reservations are non-refundable once paid in full.

6. What is the event schedule?

The tentative schedule is as follows:

June 11: Day 2
June 12: Day 3
June 13: Day 4 & Farewell Dinner
June 14: Departure

7. What room options are available and what are the rates?

The available room categories and rates are:

Suite Garden: 6-night rate - $6,605

Maximum adult occupancy: 3

Maximum occupancy with children: 4 people total
Suite River: 6-night rate - $7,375

Maximum adult occupancy: 3

Maximum occupancy with children: 4 people total

Bedding requests are not guaranteed but efforts will be made to honor each request.

8. Is travel insurance available?

Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended and is offered to U.S. residents through our partners at Allianz. Insurance must be purchased within a week of the initial deposit to receive pre-existing condition coverage. Guests who decline insurance will be responsible for any fees arising from cancellation, interruption, or delay.

9. How do I reserve my room?

To reserve your room:

Submit your room request through the designated room block. Head to your Mastermind members area HERE.
An itinerary approval will be sent within 24-48 hours of submission and must be approved to complete your booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

10. Are passports required for this event?

Yes, passports are required for international travel to Mexico.

To attend Mastermind in Paradise 2025, all attendees must stay at Hotel Xcaret México and book their accommodations through our exclusive group link. This ensures access to all mastermind sessions, networking opportunities, and event activities.

Reservations must be made using the special booking link provided in the Mastermind members area, located in the Schedule/Calendar section. This is the only way to secure your spot in our private event.

Please ensure all reservations are made through the designated room block to attend the Mastermind in Paradise events. Space is limited, so early booking is encouraged.
