How do I sign in to Overskill?
If you already created your Overskill account during the bootcamp, you don't need to sign up again. You just need to sign in.
Go to overskill.com/users/sign_in.
Enter the email you used to buy Overskill.
Click Email me a sign-in code once.
Look for an email with the subject "Overskill login code". It has a six-digit code and a one-click sign-in link. Enter the code or click the link.
My code expired. What now?
Request a new one from the same sign-in page. Each code lasts 30 minutes, and the newest code always replaces the older ones, so use the most recent email. It also helps to do this in an incognito or private window.
The code never arrived
Check your spam and junk folders.
If you find older Overskill emails in junk, mark them Not junk and add overskill.com to your safe senders. If your email provider flagged Overskill emails as junk before, Overskill can stop sending to that address until it's cleared.
Request a new code, but don't click the button over and over. You can request up to three codes per hour. After that you'll see "Rate limit exceeded" and will need to wait.
Common questions
Will I get the code by text message? No. Overskill never sends codes by text. The only way in is the emailed code, or a password once you've set one.
It says it doesn't recognize my email. Make sure you're using the exact email you bought Overskill with. If you bought Monetise and Overskill with different emails, sign in to Overskill with the Overskill email.
Can you change the email on my Overskill account? Overskill is a separate platform, so email changes there are handled by the Overskill team at [email protected].
