How do Overskill credits work?
Overskill has its own credit system.
Your plan's monthly allowance doesn't build up. It resets to your plan's amount each month.
Your monthly allowance is used first, then the rest of your balance.
Credits from packs and grants, including welcome credits from an offer, don't expire. They stay until you use them.
Credits are used when you type a request into the builder chat. Editing content in your app's Admin area and publishing are free.
AI features inside a live app (for example, an AI report after a form is submitted) use credits from your workspace each time they run, not your customer's. Most AI answers cost a few credits. Longer ones, or a bigger knowledge base, cost more.
Tips to make your credits go further
Start with small tweaks to the copy before asking for big changes.
Ask for one clear, specific change at a time instead of rebuilding the whole app.
Common questions
I bought Overskill with a different email than my Monetise purchase. Overskill is a separate platform from Monetise, so which email you used shouldn't matter but, the Overskill team handles its accounts. Email [email protected] to ask whether the emails can be changed.
My subscription shows a different plan name than I expected. Email [email protected], and they can check your plan.
Can I pay with PayPal, or my card was declined. Payment options are handled by Overskill. Email [email protected].
How do I check my credit balance? Write to Overskill from the email you sign in with, or open Help inside the app while you're signed in.
